Mithrandiryod Productions General Film Copyright policy is such that it protects the exclusive work of Mithrandiryod Productions film, including all characters exclusive to Mithrandiryod Productions, it’s clients, friends, or affiliates. All physically shot film is copyright of Mithrandiryod Productions. However Mithrandiryod Productions claims no copyright of other artists copyrighted works used by Mithrandiryod Productions in its videos, and does not claim any ownership rights, distributing rights, or any rights of works in any part of the world. Instead Mithrandiryod Productions only claims the copyright to the mixing (IE: the final product of how the film turned out), except where owned by an affiliate, friend, or owner of copyright. As such, Mithrandiryod Productions respects the exclusive work of artists and any use of any other artists work in a Mithrandiryod Productions Production of any kind, is out of respect to the artists and their excellent work. I make no claim to the hard work that you have put into your excellent ideas. As such however, I use your works only as “tribute” to different ideas and creations that may come to mind. The majority of my works are not meant to make any money whatsoever. However, I respect all artists work. If you object to my using your acutal “copyrighted” materials and can prove that you are in fact the holder of the copyright, or owner/distributer of the work in question in any of my videos, I will respect any request by you to cease distribution of the said work in question and remove such content from my site. If you wish to lodge such a request you can do so here. If I recieve such a request via youtube I do not consider that to be a direct request from the author or the authors agent, as youtube has been taken over by googles filter. However should the authors agent contact me via my site and request its removal I will not hesitate to comply. In Conclusion, consider this my general disclaimer of all videos produced by Mithrandiryod Productions at any time in the past or future. I have not usually put credits in my films, unless I have time or am required to. As such Consider this my general disclaimer for all works created past and present.
